IMPORTANT NOTE:

While you are required by General Insurance Association of Singapore (GIA) to fulfill your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hour requirement by 31 December 2026, do note that we typically do not have product trainings in the month of December. We strongly encourage you to plan your training schedule ahead and fulfill your CPD requirements as early as possible.

How to check your CPD hours in ARCM

Do note that your log in ID is now your GIA number.

Example: A123456 (for individual agents) or C654321-001 (for nominees).

CPD hours are credited to you in ARCM within 5 working days from the training date.

Do note that only punctual and full attendance will be awarded the CPD hours.
